Revelations Research Solutions has a leadership team in place to handle any research request.Our facility is led by dedicated professionals that handle both our facilities management and applied research projects.

 

Teresa
Owner/President

An experienced and dedicated professional with more than 20 years experience owning and operating focus group facilities in the Midwest, Teresa Grantham brings the unique combination of savvy project management and research intuition to each project. Teresa leads a cross-functional team of professionals adept at fulfilling the most sensitive and hard to reach qualitative projects on a tight timeline.

 

Her past work includes extensive experience with clients in food promotion, including a variety of manufactures such as General Mills, Nabisco, Quaker, Kraft, Keebler and more. She has conducted consumer research on various topics ranging from infant formula to senior issues, as well as business research; ranging from competitive issues to employee and customer satisfaction. Teresa is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau.

 

Marcus
V.P. of Operations

Marcus, oversees day-to-day operations this includes, supervising the research process and interviewing staff, meeting client goals and overall project management.  He briefs all interviewers on project specifications, monitors for quality assurance and accuracy, manages quotas, handles validations and all confirmation emails/calls as applicable.  He assists with progress reports to our clients and manages any issues that may arise. He displays excellent initiative and superior project management skills.

 

Marcus worked throughout high school and college while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Grandview University, as well as his Culinary Arts degree, which is an added benefit for our taste test clients.

 

Marcus was previously an Assistant Clubhouse Manager at Des Moines Golf & Country Club for 10 years. He gained vast knowledge of meeting and exceeding client expectations, Management skills, interpersonal skills as well as successful execution of large to small scale meetings/ banquets, just to name a few.

 

Jordan

Project Manager/Moderator/HR/AV Tech

Jordan has worked in the Marketing Research field for 10+ years. He has excelled in many aspects of the industry over the years.  His roles include project management, reception/hosting, confirmations, client maintenance and recruitment management. He is our off-site host and AV technician for many clients.

He further assists clients with survey design, data entry and analysis. Along with creating in-house database surveys.

Jordan is an experienced proctor for taste tests and assistant on many projects. He offers transcription/note taking services as needed. He handles audio/visual work, website design and manages our Human Resources and Accounts Payable. 

 

He studied at DMACC (Associate’s Degree) & Iowa State University (Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Marketing).

He is also a certified Research Moderator receiving his certification in 2023 at Burke Institute.

Vada                                                   
CEO/Moderator

Vada has moderated and managed numerous research projects throughout the U.S.  This includes: Current Issues groups in Detroit, Atlanta, Chicago and Los Angeles: local work with The Iowa Department of Economic Development, Des Moines Public Schools, Bankers Trust, Principal Financial Group, Well mark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Kum N Go, Polk County Health Department, Iowa National Guard among many others.

 

Vada is a certified moderator.  He received his certification in 1995 at RIVA,

 

Research in Values & Attitudes in Bethesda, Maryland. He has moderated hundreds of focus groups in a variety of industries.

 

After working with clients and designing a well thought out discussion-guide, Vada’s unique ability to extract critical information from the focus group participants is his greatest asset.  He has the ability to establish immediate rapport with all people and involves all participants in the discussions.  Further, he knows when to probe for additional information and when to move on to other questions.

 

Vada has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Grand View University. He is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and is a past president of the Iowa Chapter of this organization.  He is also chair of the Entrepreneurial Department and a Professor at Des Moines Area Community College.

 

Vada works with clients from inception to completion on research projects, as well as working from an approved discussion guide as a team player on various projects.

 

Carol
Moderator

Carol Gailey is the president of C. L. Gailey Research, a full-service marketing research company specializing in custom research solutions.

 

Carol has over twenty-five years’ experience in the marketing research industry and has worked in a variety of supplier settings, including serving as general manager of a full-service marketing research firm and conducting qualitative and quantitative research for a new product development company. Earlier in her career Carol worked for Hallmark Cards where she held positions in product management and marketing. This combination of experience provides a well-rounded perspective that enables her to conduct research that produces actionable results.

 

Carol has experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research in a wide variety of industries including advertising, foodservice, healthcare, education, communications, packaged goods, high tech, non-profit, financial, travel and media. A small sample of companies for whom Carol has conducted marketing research include: Jack in the Box, San Diego Hospice and Palliative Care, GSD&M Advertising, Motorola, Procter & Gamble, A. Jaffe Jewelers, Hughes Network Systems, KPBS, Jazz 88 Radio, Marriott, The Washington Times, Carl’s Jr. Restaurants, Pizza Hut, Hewlett-Packard, SkinMedica, XM Radio  and S.C. Johnson & Son.

 

Carol has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from William Jewell College. She is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) and serves as a co-chairman of the Southern California Chapter of this organization.

Research Associates/Interviewers

We have experienced researchers of all ages and ethnicities with varying years of service.  We also work with several area interns pursuing degrees in Communication, Psychology and Marketing, to name a few. Depending on the anticipated needs, Revelations will staff the project accordingly.
